By signing or accepting this agreement, the Participant (“I”) confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to follow the standards set out herein, which are aligned with the EPP Code of Conduct.

  • Objective and transparent.
  • Not designed to coordinate market behaviour.
  • Not intended to reduce or eliminate competition or market uncertainty.

2.5 Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

I will respect all intellectual property rights and confidentiality agreements.
I will not reproduce, record, or distribute event materials, presentations, or discussions without explicit permission from the organiser or the rightful owner.

I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
I will support the organiser in maintaining the event’s professional standards.

3.3 Respect

I will treat all participants, organisers, and speakers with dignity and courtesy.
I will avoid discriminatory, harassing, or demeaning behaviour.
I will value others’ time, space, and perspectives, both in person and online.

  1. CONDUCT IN THE TELEGRAM GROUP

As a member of the official Telegram group related to the Event:

  • I will use the group exclusively for event-related discussion, collaboration, and networking.
  • I will not post spam, promotional content, or unrelated advertising.
  • I will not share the invite link or add participants without organiser approval.
  • I will comply with moderator or organiser requests immediately.
  • I will report any misconduct, harassment, or breach of these standards to the organisers.
  1. VIOLATIONS AND CONSEQUENCES

If I violate any aspect of this Contract:

  • The organisers may remove me from the Telegram group or the Event, revoke access to materials, and restrict future participation.
  • Serious violations (e.g. anti-competitive behaviour, harassment, or breaches of law) may be referred to legal or ethical authorities.
  • I understand that the organiser’s decisions are final and binding.
  1. REPORTING AND COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

I acknowledge my duty to report any observed or suspected violation of this Contract.

Complaints or concerns can be raised with:

"It was a great opportunity to gather pricing experts in one place and exchange best practices. I was really impressed by how openly my colleagues shared their achievements, especially since pricing is often considered a sensitive topic."
"A nice, relaxed event in a pleasant setting with thought-provoking presentations and discussions with well-informed peers in industries far enough removed from mine to allow a certain freedom of discussion."
