Federico Boccardo

Federico Boccardo is a dynamic and results-driven Global Commercial Excellence Delivery Senior Director at Cargill in the Animal Nutrition & Health business unit. With dual Italian and Belgian nationality, Federico holds an MBA and is a qualified Management Engineer. He brings over 15 years of international experience across B2B and B2B2C sectors, having led strategic transformations in commercial excellence, pricing, business development, and digital innovation.
Before joining Cargill, Federico spent 12 years in the construction materials industry, serving in both corporate and local business unit roles across Strategy, M&A, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and Operations. At Cargill, he has held multiple global leadership roles, delivering significant EBITDA improvements through Pricing and Commercial excellence initiatives.
Federico loves languages and he is also a certified Pricing Manager, keynote speaker, start-up founder, and coach. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking with friends and engaging in sports that keep him energised and inspired.

Andrea Pappadà

Global Pricing – process owner @ Schneider Electric

After roles in engineering, commercial and strategy consulting, I’ve spent most of my 20+ years career in commercial operations and pricing in the chemical industry, focusing on value management and pricing optimization, both from a strategic and tactical perspective. Revenue and profit improvement projects, key account management programs and pricing discipline have been the core of my activity at Solvay across the Group. More recently, I built the Value Management team of Syensqo, delivering tangible results through revenue management programs and structuring key negotiations.

Gianluca Fogu

Head of Pricing @ Syensqo

Gianluca Fogu is a business and marketing professional with extensive experience in pricing and revenue strategy across global industrial and technology companies. Currently Global Pricing Process Owner at Schneider Electric, he has previously held leadership roles in pricing at IMI plc (Norgren), Betafence, and Rockwell Automation. Gianluca holds an Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi and a degree in Engineering from top Italian universities. He is skilled in driving pricing transformation, process harmonization, and strategic business growth in international environments.

Ilaria Casiraghi

Pricing & Revenue Generation Manager @ Gewiss

With over 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Ilaria has held roles including Export Manager, International Business Developer and Trade Marketing Manager, primarily in the lighting industry. She later moved into Commercial Excellence, where she led global projects to optimize sales channels and strengthen sales team performance. Today, she leads the Pricing & Revenue Generation team at Gewiss, driving pricing strategy, operations and analytics to position pricing as a true growth engine.
